The Capgo Shift Set long for Shimano/SRAM MTB & ATB/Road that need longer outer cable housing (internal routing, cargo bikes, tandems etc). The Capgo BL Shift Set feature Blue Line (BL) Cable Housing which uses a specially developed PTFE grease from Capgo. The housing is fully greased along its entire length which helps to drastically reduce friction and increase durability.
